The width is 1-3\/4 inches and the inside measures 5-3\/4 inches + a 1-1\/8 inch gap for a total inner circumference of 6-7\/8 inches. If you stack bracelets, you may want to go a little larger for wiggle room, but if you only wear one bracelet at a time, a snugger fit is usually okay. If the cuff is very wide, you will generally need a larger size than usual.
