Items are inspected before packaging so if damaged upon arrival please contact USPS. If anything is incorrect or missing upon arrival please let us know right away (please check your items within 24 hours of receipt) by using the contact form here on our website!

Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 7 days from date of receival (via tracking).

Your item/s to be returned must be in new, unwashed, unworn condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: hats, earrings, consumables, holiday, custom, and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items (any item discounted 25% or more from full retail price).

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. Returns received without proper approval and not fitting the within the guidelines of the return policy will be forfeited and donated.
