Returns are eligible for store credit only and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns must be requested via email within 24 hours of receipt of your package. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: hats, earrings, consumables, holiday, custom, and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items (any item discounted from full price), or otherwise stated.
